POSITION: HR Manager
Qualification: Bachelors a must.
Education: Bachelor in commerce /MBA specialized in HR(Preferable)
Experience: 3 + years ’experience in HR.
Age Band: Upto 40 years
Key Skills: Creativity, Written and Oral Communication, Knowledge about complete HR domain and IR laws, Organizing, Proficient in Computers/ Internet and Social Media, Proficient in English.
Personality Traits: Creative, Dynamic, Adaptable yet Authoritative, Excellent Communicator, Passionate towards work and open to take up more than just HR.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling the entire recruitment cycle for various dynamic positions of the company through job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Employee/ Candidate referrals, social networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook page.
Meeting the dynamic needs in time through systematic manpower management & planning, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status, and database of candidates, follow up with candidates, complete joining formalities & referral checks.
Employee Induction about the company, culture, policies & processes & complete on-boarding to ensure the comfort of the new recruit into the organization. Ensure timely reviews for final confirmation and exit interviews for every employee who leaves the company.
Create and maintain Company Onboarding Manual
Ensure registration of new employee into the biometric system and adherence to the attendance system. Ensure the Leave Planner for weekly offs of every employee on the monthly calendar as per the office code of conduct. Tracking the monthly and daily attendance and leave for each employee. Preparing monthly attendance, leave, and other analytical reports for entire team.
Ensure timely backup of all work documents for all the employees/ team mates. Prepare and issue Quarterly Company newsletter
Develop company presentation and have sessions at nearby corporate houses Be the Managing Director’s direct point of contact for brainstorming activities specific to sales & marketing i.e. calling up new service providers, studying proposals, reviewing the service quality etc.
Maintain KGP library & positive orientation of all company site offices i.e. maintaining push pin board with latest news/ industry articles/ positive thoughts etc
Coaching and mentoring junior candidates meanwhile ensuring senior candidates don’t go overboard Ensuring client satisfaction by cordial communication, tracking reviews and taking testimonials during the customer visits.
Maintain the HR policies, regularly update it as per the norms to work towardsthe best practices in HR in Real Estate Companies.
Knowledge related to statutory compliances is an advantage.
Taking initiative for Employee Engagement activities like B’day celebration, Satisfaction Survey, Annual Day, Employee Picnic, Festival celebrations, Office Festival Decor and others activities as when as required.
Conductshort relevanttrainingsfor all the employeesin the area ofsoftskills,sales, and encourage knowledge sharing to improve performance at workplace. Kamlesh Gandhi Projects
In-charge of general office administration, tracking the company equipment/ issued office materials, ensuring office discipline and facilitating solutions to any issues in office to maintain the safety of all employees and quality of the work.
Thorough and strict monitoring & implementation of Office Code of Conduct Maintain the employee documents and ensure that all company/ team moments are captured and shared with the Digital marketing agency.
Handle entire gamut of HR activitiesresponsibly and collaboratively which includes Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company branding, Salary and Compensation management, Policies and General Administration.
Needs to show flexibility to shuffle between company offices (all within Vadodara only)
