Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment selection –process.

  • The recruitment of new employees including but not limited to planning, advertising and sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, interviewing and selecting, pre-hire checks, hiring and on-boarding, system access set-up etc.
  • Maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, reference checks, applicant self-identification forms, department orientation check list).
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Human Resources enquiries, provide consistent HR advice, support and resolution to employees within agreed parameters in order to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
  • Conducts employees on and off-boarding and provides employee relations assistance throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Responsible for employees’ attendance management and other admin functions of the company.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentations, develop HR policies and maintain personal files.
  • Ensure employee documentation is up to date.
  • Handle and manage data/records of each employee of the organization. Maintain data quality in HRMS and ATS.
  • Create and format documents and presentations including letters, memos, status reports, presentations (Power Point), spreadsheets (Excel), and other related documents.
  • Assures confidentiality of privileged communications, work product and records.
  • Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task quickly and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Other HR projects as assigned.

Skills Required:

0 – 1 year experience in Human Resources.

  • Have experience of working on MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephone screening and schedule the interview and follow up.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as capacity to work under pressure.
  • Upbeat, positive, service oriented competent problem solver.
  • Willing to learn new things and adapt as per organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to represent company in a professional manner.
