Position: HR Intern

Work days & time: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday
Location: Gotri, Vadodara
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for full-time employment upon successful completion)
Compensation: Up to ₹3000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support attendance management by tracking employee attendance and leaves.
• Engage with employees to promote a positive workplace culture and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
• Help in planning and organizing company events and activities.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in various HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in HR management.
