    • Job Seekers: You may use the Site to search for job opportunities, upload your resume, and apply for positions.
    • Employers: You may post job vacancies and view resumes of job seekers to make hiring decisions.
    • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, resumes, job posts, and communications.
  4. Job Posting and Resume Database 
    • Job Postings: Employers may post job vacancies, but these posts must be accurate and free from misleading or discriminatory information. Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job listings comply with all applicable labor and anti-discrimination laws.
    • Resumes: Job seekers agree to post only truthful, accurate, and current resume data. The Site reserves the right to remove any resume or job post that violates these terms.
  5. Prohibited Uses
    • You may not use the Site for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
      • Posting false or misleading job offers or resumes.
      • Soliciting personal information from other users without their consent.
      • Engaging in spamming, advertising, or other unsolicited promotional activities.
      • Interfering with or disrupting the Site’s services, servers, or networks.
      • Using the Site to engage in any fraudulent activities.
  6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

    • The Site does not guarantee that any particular employer will hire a job seeker or that a job seeker will be hired by an employer

    •  Termination by the Site: The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, or if it deems your actions harmful to the operation or reputation of the Site.
  9. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the Site, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of the Site or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute such content without permission.
  10. Disputes and Governing Law
    • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Vadodara, Gujarat Jurisdiction only, and any legal actions shall be brought in the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat
