Job Description for HR Executive Recruitment (80%):
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, assess qualifications, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews with hiring managers, and provide feedback to candidates.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, and networking events.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Candidate Database: Maintain a talent pipeline and database for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Work on employer branding initiatives to improve the company's visibility in the job market.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
General HR (20%):
Employee Relations: Assist with employee queries, address concerns, and help resolve minor conflicts.
HR Administration: Help maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Compliance: Support HR compliance activities by ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Assist with the coordination of performance appraisals and employee feedback sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
