Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns, leading teams, and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation of marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including market research, target audience identification, and competitive analysis.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, and Customer Service) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support overall company growth.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the marketing strategy innovative and competitive.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing projects and campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 9 years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
