Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing information, collecting data, organizing marketing files and information, to measure performance and support business decisions. As a Marketing Analyst, you will manage day-to-day activities, including:
Collaborate with Marketing to understand task requirements
Compile marketing reports and data
Collect & report on weekly/monthly numbers for ongoing campaigns (Craigslist, Email marketing, etc)
Compile property photos through a web interface
Data entry based on existing materials or through use of online maps
Support the marketing staff as needed
Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
MBA Marketing or equivalent degree
1 to 3 years of experience, Analytical experience/ E-Marketing will beaded advantage
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
Solid understanding or experience working with master data
Ability to work with cross functional teams including business and IT resources
Strong process improvement and documentation skills
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes with minimal instruction
Ability to adapt to constantly changing business requirements
Strong Microsoft Excel and Access database skills required.
