Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and informing them about our recruitment services.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and provide information regarding our service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details using CRM software.
  • Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring all data is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
