  • Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Communicate with vendors, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
