We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this remote role, you will promote and sell our business listing services to potential clients over the phone, working from the comfort of your home. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our business listing services.
  • Engage clients by clearly explaining the benefits of our services and how they can add value to their businesses.

Tailored Sales Pitches:

  • Understand the unique needs and pain points of each client and customize your sales pitch to address their specific requirements.
  • Develop effective solutions to match clients' goals, offering services that best fit their needs.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-up calls.
  • Qualify leads to determine their readiness and interest in purchasing business listing services.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive sales results by focusing on high-quality leads, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Track progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and prospects.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by being responsive, professional, and solution-oriented.

Industry & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge in conversations with clients.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the services provided to better position the company in the market.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and approaches for closing deals.
  • Share best practices, successful sales tactics, and insights to optimize the sales process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales position.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Previous experience in a remote sales role is a plus.
