• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on electric vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance including battery, motor and connector checks, and system inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as electric motors, batteries, and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately in service records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and educating customers on EV maintenance.
