Property Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Accountant at Stemmons Business Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Vadodara. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries, accounting, finance, and financial reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Other responsibilities: 

• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports
• Monthly journal entry preparation and uploads
• Financial statement preparation, review, and analysis
• Bank reconciliations (research and record outstanding cash items
• Maintain monthly schedules for recurring journal entries (Insurance, taxes, Depreciation/Amortization)
• Calculate monthly accruals for contract services.
• Record monthly mortgage payment (interest, principal, and escrow payments)
• Calculate monthly expense allocations between Mall and Tower
• Review entries for Partners Interest.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial package.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain schedule of prepaid commissions.
• Post financial reports in Internal portal and files.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and finance
• Experience in preparing and analyzing journal entries.
• Proficiency in financial reporting
• Must possess M.Com / CA Inter / MBA
• Experience should be 3+ Years (Inclusive of Article ship)

Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)
