IT Support Executive

Sriji Computers Pvt. Ltd. is a Vadodara-based System Integrator providing IT Infrastructure solutions to SMEs and Government customers since 1999.

We are business partners with Microsoft, HPE, Dell, CISCO, CrowdStrike, etc.

We have a dedicated team of qualified and certified engineers supporting the sales and support teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role based in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network devices
Creating user accounts and performing access control
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
Provide desktop and helpdesk support, ensuring all hardware and software-related issues are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruptions
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Meeting with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
Providing technical support via remote-access systems
Administrating infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, desktops, laptops, antivirus software, and Microsoft 365
Tracking and managing work records
IT asset inventory management
Maintaining documentation, technical specifications, and best practices

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Administrator in the IT industry

Skills & Experience Required

Ability to respond to help desk requests after-hours on a limited basis
