Job Description: Brand Enhancer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Brand Enhancer/Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a

passion for creating visually compelling content. This role involves working on diverse

design and editing projects, ranging from graphic design and video editing to UI/UX

design, 3D workflows, and AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

o Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media using tools

like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

o Develop branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics,

and presentations.

Video Editing & Animation:

o Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social

media, and internal communications.

o Incorporate AI voice-overs and animations to enhance video content.

UI/UX Design:

o Design user-friendly interfaces and prototypes using Figma and Adobe

XD (preferred).

o Collaborate with our inhouse developers to deliver intuitive digital

experiences.

3D Workflow/Flowchart Design:

o Utilize platforms to design detailed flowcharts and workflows.

o Work on 3D visualization projects to simplify complex processes and

concepts.

Presentation Design:

o Create professional and visually engaging presentations using Microsoft

Office and Prezi

o Ensure brand consistency and storytelling in all presentations.

AI & Creative Technologies:

o Leverage AI tools like Adobe Firefly for generating innovative designs

and enhancing workflows.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure all

designs align with project goals.

o Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-

quality output.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

Experience in video editing and using AI-driven tools for voice-overs or

creative enhancements.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Adobe XD (preferred).

Ability to work with Prezi for dynamic presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI tools.

Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for detail.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different design styles.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
