Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing business accounts. If you're a proactive, results-driven individual who can create compelling content and grow engagement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, and best practices
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights from analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Immediate joiner required
• Only candidates residing locally in Ahmedabad will be considered.
