Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative Online Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and online campaign management, particularly in a B2B or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
• Handle company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) including planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors for regular post creation.
• Analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights.
• Maintain and update the company website with latest news, product updates, and blog posts.
• Monitor online reputation and engage with followers and inquiries on digital platforms.
• Work with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns and generate B2B leads.
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
• Experience in managing business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is a plus (Canva, Adobe tools).
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
