• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee software management processes, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify software needs and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support to staff and assist in IT-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in networking and software management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
