Finnovahub is a dynamic and fast-growing consulting firm providing outsourced accounting services to clients in the U.S. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and integrity, we are expanding our team to include a qualified and experienced Head of Accounts (HOA) who can lead accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Management – Processed vendor bills, customer invoices, and managed payments while ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Payroll Processing – Managed payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with wage calculations, tax withholdings, and regulatory deductions.
- Financial Statement Preparation & Review – Prepared and reviewed Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for business decision-making.
- General Ledger Maintenance – Recorded and reviewed journal entries, maintained accurate financial records, and supported month-end and year-end close processes.
- Client Onboarding & Chart of Accounts Structuring – Set up and restructured chart of accounts for new clients to improve financial reporting accuracy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisted clients with budgeting and cash flow forecasting to support longterm financial planning.
- Financial Data Clean-up & Process Optimization – Identified accounting errors, rectified discrepancies, and streamlined workflows for more efficient bookkeeping.
- Depreciation & Fixed Asset Management – Maintained fixed asset schedules and recorded depreciation for accurate financial reporting.
- Sales Tax & Compliance – Assisted in sales tax filings and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Process Improvement & Workflow Automation – Implemented accounting best practices and automation to enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partnered with CPAs, controllers, and business owners across multiple entities and locations to align financial strategies with business goals.
