Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Executive at Sensinova, you will be

responsible for driving the growth of our digital campaigns. You'll develop, implement, and

manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, track key

performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business

objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google

Analytics to ensure key metrics are being met.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and sales, to

align marketing efforts with business objectives.

● Optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI, including A/B testing and

audience segmentation.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep

Sensinova ahead of the curve.

● Identify new growth opportunities, strategies, and innovations to drive business

results.

Desired Skills and Experience:

● Proven experience with performance marketing, including hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make

data-driven decisions.

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with multiple

departments.

● Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹26,000.00 per month
