Job Summary:
We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end-users for desktop systems, applications, and related technology. The role involves resolving hardware/software issues, handling user queries, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Windows OS, MS Office, and common software applications.
  • Resolve technical issues via calls, remote tools, or on-site visits.
  • Set up user accounts, email, and basic network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks like software updates, antivirus checks, and patching.
  • Log and track support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding (user setup, access provisioning).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (like A+, MCP, ITIL) are a plus.
