job Profile: Design Engineer

Qualification : ITI, Diploma, Degree - Mechanical

Experience : 1-3 years of experience of machine design

Location : 555/4, Behind Gulab SingTel Lane, Rakanpur, Sola-Santej Road,Ta: Kalol, Dist:, Rakanpur, Gujarat 382721

Salary : 20k/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Design components and assemblies for sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining processes.
• Interpret customer requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), fabrication drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Modify and revise existing designs based on feedback or engineering changes.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal design and CNC machining principles
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
